HP unveils Dragonfly Pro, EliteBook series, HP 14″ and 15.6″ laptops and more

HP announced new products and solutions today at CES 2023 to recharge hybrid experiences, so people can thrive in today’s digital world. Let’s take a look at the brand-new laptops that were announced at the event. Last year, HP released the Dragonfly Folio G3 in India.

HP Dragonfly Pro Chromebook

This 14-inch laptop has the world’s first 8 MP user-facing camera in a clamshell Chromebook and the brightest touchscreen display, so your material looks great in a dark room or on a sunny day as it sports an ultrabright 1,200 nit touchscreen display. It’s certified by Intel® Evo for fast performance, connectivity, charging, and more.

HP Dragonfly Pro

It was co-engineered with AMD using the company’s adaptive platform management technology to maximize real-world productivity. This is the first HP gadget with one-touch access to 24/7 live concierge service through a hot key.

The Control Center hot key enables quick access to the device’s most popular settings, the Camera hot key allows easy camera settings adjustment, and the fourth key can be customized to maximize workflow or simplify navigation.

HP Dragonfly G4, HP EliteBook 1040 G10, and HP Elite x360 1040 G10

These laptops make it easier to work together because they have new, easy-to-use video conferencing features that make hybrid work more productive, according to the company. The newest HP Dragonfly and Elite 1000 Series PCs contain 90% recycled materials and are EPEAT® Gold Registered in 23 countries, ENERGY STAR Certified, and TCO Certified.

Multi-Camera Experience lets users show both their faces and an object or whiteboard at the same time by letting them switch between two video streams and two cameras. HP Keystone Correction immediately crops and flattens photos from a camera feed, so they can be shared easily on a whiteboard or document.

HP Be Right Back enables users to switch to a still image without disrupting meetings. Further, Intelligent Hibernate learns PC usage patterns to minimize battery use at the end of the day. The PC can forecast when a user will use it the next day and switch to instant-on standby mode. AI learns from and adapts to PC usage patterns to enhance PC thermal performance. The upshot is a quieter, cooler, more comfortable laptop that nonetheless gets work done.

HP 14 and 15.6 inch Laptop PCs

Sustainable products should be available to everyone, which is why HP is introducing innovative and unique items throughout its consumer devices.

The HP 14 and 15.6-inch Laptop PCs include Intel or AMD processors and are manufactured from ocean-bound plastics, post-consumer recycled polymers, and recycled metals. Up to 25% of the HP 14-inch Laptop PC Eco Edition is made from recycled polymers.

HP OMEN 17 Laptop

With the addition of a 13th generation Intel Core i9-13900HX processor and the latest NVIDIA GeForce graphics, the OMEN 17 Laptop becomes HP’s most powerful gaming laptop, utilizing OMEN Tempest Cooling Technology for desktop-caliber gaming.

The OMEN Laptop is HP’s first to include optical mechanical keys, which are 25 times faster than traditional keys, giving gamers the tools they need to play their favourite games at home or on the go.
