OnePlus is looking to improve OxygenOS with a new survey

OnePlus’ OxygenOS has recently received a lot of criticism from users following the company’s decision to merge OxygenOS with ColorOS. After it confirmed that it has scrapped those plans, OnePlus is looking to improve the OxygenOS. The company is conducting a new community survey in order to improve the user experience of OxygenOS.

The survey is not only for OnePlus users, but also for any other smartphone brand user. It contains six questions that ask participants about their current smartphone software experience, as well as the best and worst features they are experiencing, software features from other UIs they want to try, and how they prioritise smartphone UI features.

The Surveymonkey-powered survey is open to everyone, and OnePlus promises that any information participants provide will be kept completely confidential and used only for product iteration research. Let us hope that this survey results in an optimised and feature-rich experience for all OxygenOS users.

Regarding the survey, OnePlus on their official community post says,

We also want to better understand what you think about OxygenOS as it stands now. Your experience and insights can help us to make further improvement in a better way. Hence, we’d like to invite you to participate in a quick survey and share your opinion.
