Today, Alienware unveiled their new ‘x’ series of flagship gaming laptops, starting with the x15 and x17. They feature 11th Gen Intel Core H-series mobile processors, up to a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 laptop GPU, updated cooling technologies and more.
These new x series are the thinnest gaming laptops from Alienware till date, the x15 in particular being under 16mm. To achieve this thin form factor, Alienware built-in multiple new cooling technologies such as the Alienware Cryo-Tech, which uses their Element 31 thermal interface material (TIM) made from an Encapsulated Gallium-Silicone liquid metal compound.
Powered by 11th Gen Intel Core H-series mobile processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series Laptop GPUs, these laptops offer some of the highest levels of performance in the industry. Alienware will offer many options for display, including a FHD 360Hz panel and a 4K-UHD HDR400 capable panel.
They will feature five Tailored Power States, including Full Speed (max power), performance mode (graphics priority), balanced mode (balanced CPU/GPU), battery saver (low temperature priority) and quiet mode (acoustics priority).
The Alienware x17 and x15 is available for purchase starting today in limited configurations and from June 15th, all configurations will become available. The x15 will be start at a price of $1,999.99 (Approx. Rs. 1,46,019) and the x17 will start at $2,099.99 (Approx. Rs. 1,53,320).
