At the IFA 2019 event in Berlin, Lenovo has announced an array of products including new models of 14-inch and 15-inch Yoga laptops, ThinkBook 14, ThinkBook 15, Smart Display 7 with Google Assistant, ThinkVision monitor and more.
Lenovo Yoga C940 14-inch and 15-inch
Lenovo Yoga C940 is a 2-in-1 convertible laptop with up to 14-inch 4K UHD display, is powered by 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and it dynamically upscales video content on Windows Media Player to Super Resolution. It comes with Intel’s Project Athena that is designed to light up immediately with instant resume, built-in AI and advanced voice assistant and more. It also comes with an ‘Intelligent Cooling Mode’ to auto-adjust performance and optimize battery life based on tasks. Other features include Rotating Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos Speaker System, TrueBlock Privacy shutter, Windows Hello, garaged pen with silo charging and Windows Ink.
The 15-inch model, on the other hand, is powered by 9th Gen Intel Core processor and an optional 4K VESA400 HDR display.
Lenovo Yoga S740 14-inch and 15-inch
Lenovo Yoga S740 sports an all aluminium body and flaunts a 14-inch optional 4K VESA400 HDR display with Dolby Vision. It is powered by up to 10th Gen Intel Core processor and optional NVIDIA GeForce GPUs. There is an IR camera with instant log-off feature and it also features a time-of-flight (TOF) sensor. The batter on the Yoga S740 claims to deliver up to 14 hours of battery life with RapidCharge.
The 15-inch model, on the other hand, flaunts a FULL HD HDR display with Dolby Vision and is powered by 9th Gen Intel Core processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX1650 GPU.
Lenovo Yoga C740 14-inch and 15-inch
Lenovo Yoga C740 comes in 14-inch/15-inch display sizes and is powered by up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 mobile processor. The 14-inch model sports an IPS FULL HD display while the 15-inch model sports up to FHD VESA400 HDR touchscreen display with Dolby Vision.
Lenovo Yoga C640
Lenovo Yoga C640 is a 2-in-1 with a 13-inch display, 360-degree flexible hinge design, and is powered by up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor. It comes with an optional integrated 4G LTE or Wi-Fi-only option and also comes with optional Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It claims to deliver up to 20 hours of battery life. Windows 10 Home OS is offered on both LTE and Wi-Fi-only models with an optional Lenovo digital pen for sketching or annotating.
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 laptops are designed for small and medium businesses (SMB). It is powered by 10th Gen Intel Core processor, DDR4 RAM, PCIe SSD storage with Intel Optane Memory H10. The connectivity and ports include Wi-Fi 6, Gigabit Ethernet, fingerprint reader, webcam with ThinkShutter camera shutter, Gen-2 USB Type-C port etc.
Lenovo is also updating the ThinkBook 13s and 14s with 10th Gen Intel Core processors.
Lenovo Smart Display 7
Lenovo also unveiled a 7-inch version of Smart Display with Google Assistant. It now sports thinner bezels as well as an ambient light sensor and the company has also added a front-facing left and right speakers for stereo separation. It also features TrueBlock Privacy Shutter and a physical mute button, for added privacy.
