LG TONE Platinum SE with Google Assistant button, real time translation and LG TONE Ultra SE announced

LG has introduced  TONE Platinum SE (HBS-1120) with a dedicated Google Assistant button and LG TONE Ultra SE (HBS-835S) featuring an external speaker ahead of IFA 2018 later this month.

The LG TONE Platinum SE is the first in the TONE series to offer Google Assistant and real time translation at the press of a button with Google Translate. You can use the button instead of using “OK Google” hot-word for faster, more responsive AI, especially when using services such as Google Translate. It has a hybrid unit consisting of a balanced armature driver that generates clear high-frequency sound while the dynamic drivers deliver robust bass.

The LG TONE Ultra SE features an external mono speaker in addition to earbuds. This lets you make calls and listen to music without blocking out ambient sounds

Both these have  dual MEMS microphone for the best call clarity and support for the Tone & Talk smartphone app. Both these will be available in Black, Blue and Gold colors and will be showcased at the IFA from August 31 to September 5. Pricing and availability will be announced later.
