The image also corroborates previous reports that hinted at a vertical set up for dual cameras. In addition, the Touch ID fingerprint sensor is also missing from the back. There have been reports that Apple is working on embedding fingerprint sensor directly into the display. According to the images, the sides of iPhone 8 dummy model look like they are made of stainless steel. Last week, two reports claimed iPhone 8 will sport stainless steel chassis sandwiched between two glass plates. It has been already mentioned a couple of times that the iPhone 8 will feature glass back, a design similar to the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s.

You can also see separate volume buttons and mute switch on the left side while the right side houses power button and SIM tray are on the right. Geskin also shared schematics of the iPhone 8 that shows row of sensors at the top and the vertically arranged dual cameras at the bottom. A small circle right beside the LED flash is also seen indicating the possible location of the noise-canceling mic.

The new iPhones are expected to feature iris scanner, wireless charging and come with other major changes as it is Apple’s 10th Anniversary.
