Xiaomi teases Redmi 3S successor is launching in India soon, Redmi 4 expected soon

Xiaomi today launched the Redmi 4A budget smartphone in India at an event in India. At the launch event the company confirmed that it will launch the successor of last year’s Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime in India soon, so we can expect the Redmi 4 and Redmi 4 Prime in the country soon.

Even the teaser shows a similar curved glass screen of the Redmi 4 that was introduced along with the Redmi 4A in China last November.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4 comes in Silver, Grey and Gold colors and was introduced in China for 699 yuan (US$ 103 / Rs. 6900 approx.) for the base variant and 899 yuan (US$ 133 / Rs. 8880 approx.) for the high-end variant. We should soon hear more details from Xiaomi about the launch of the Redmi 4 in India.
