Google has scheduled its annual I/O conference from May 17th-19th. The company has now opened registration for the event. Registrations are open from until February 27 at 5PM PST (6 30 am IST).
The price of a general admission ticket is $1,150, up from $900 in 2016 while academic tickets will cost $375. Similar to previous year, Google is going with a lottery system. The company will choose attendees at random and announced them on February 28. Selected applicants will get an email from Google with more details.
The I/O conference is typically a platform where Google unveils the latest version of Android and the various features and improvements it brings with it. Google will also have a live stream of the event dubbed as I/O Live. It will be interesting to see what Google will showcase this year.
Google I/O 2017 will take place at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California from May 17-19.
