Panasonic has launched Eluga Icon, the company’s latest smartphone with 4G support in India. It has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS OGS display, is powered by a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core 64-bit processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with with ICON UI. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support and support for 4G TD-LTE 2300MHz (Band 40) and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) for India. It is just 7.9mm thick and has Uni-body design.
The ICON User Interface has single access to apps, iSense hand hover gesture based features, Smart Awake Double Tap to wake-up screen, Air Swipe Unlock, MediaTek Hot-Knot, Blink Play for taking selfies or groupies with a blink of an eye, Picture-in-Picture Shot and more.
