ZTE to introduce Axon Phone with 4GB RAM, Dual rear cameras on July 14

ZTE has sent out invites for the launch of Axon Phone in the US next month. Even though the invite doesn’t reveal that it’s from ZTE, PC Mag has uncovered that is it made by ZTE. The is also a separate website that shows the smartphone and also highlights some of its features. It also says that the smartphone is designed in USA.

The smartphone has 4GB of RAM, comes in three colors – Phthalao Blue, Ion Gold and Chromium Silver, features dual-lens camera, similar to the Huawei Honor 6 Plus that would offer fast auto-focus and lets you refocus pics after you take them, so that you can blur background of an image easily. It also has dual LED flash, 4K video recording and promises Hi-Fi audio playback and recording.

The ZTE Axon Phone will be unveiled at an event on July 14th in New York City and the smartphone will be sold unlocked in the U.S. We should know the complete specifications of the smartphone next month. It is running a contest that would let you win a phone and $10,000. The contest rules page reveals that the phone is worth $450.
