Samsung is selling limited edition Galaxy Alpha devices in France. The company has joined hands with designers Free Lance and Jean-Baptiste Rautureau to sell 100 Galaxy Alpha devices.
The Galaxy Alpha is getting the limited edition leather cover in four different types. The two for men created by Jean-Baptiste Rautureau come in brown and dark grey, while the two from Free Lance are for women and are in teal and burgandy. Samsung will only produce 100 units of each model, or 400 units total.
Samsung is selling the limited edition leather backed Galaxy Alpha for 649 euros, 80 euros more than the standard model. Just a quick reminder on the specs, Galaxy Alpha has a 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED display, powered by a Octa-Core Exynos (1.8GHz Quad + 1.3GHz Quad) processor and runs on Android 4.4.4 (KitKat). It has a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. These limited edition Galaxy Alpha models are available for sale only on Samsung’s French website.
