Dell Venue 11 Pro 7000 series tablet with Intel Core M processor announced for $699.99


Dell has announced the Venue 11 Pro 7000 series tablet that is equipped with a Intel Core M processor. The tablet sports a 10.8-inch Full HD (1920×1080) IPS display with a ten point capacitive touchscreen.

The tablet which is about 0.4 inches thick and weighs about 1.6 pounds and is designed to work with a range of docking stations including desktop and laptop-style docks. Venue 11 Pro offers a few configuration options, including 4GB or 8GB of DDR3 RAM, either 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of SSD storage, and Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro.

It has 2-megapixel camera front and  8-megapixel camera on the back and Dell has integrated adaptive noise cancellation for video calls. In case of connectivity, the Venue 11 Pro has a MicroSD card reader, one full size USB 3.0, a headphone and microphone combo jack, one Micro HDMI, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and a Sensor Hub, which contains gyro, G-sensor, and proximity sensors. The tablet supports 802.11 ac Wi-Fi and comes with an LTE option.

The Dell Venue 11 Pro 7000 will be available on November 11, starting at $699 in the US. There is no word about global rollout.
