Alcatel One Touch Pop C1 Hands-on

Alcatel One Touch announced quite a lot of smartphones at the IFA 2013 in Berlin and among it was the One Touch Pop series. The Pop series has four phones  – C1,C3,C5 and C7. Among the four, the C1 is the smallest with a 3.5inch display. Check out our quick hands-0n video with the relatively smaller Android smartphone – Pop C1.

Alcatel One Touch Pop C1 is an entry level Android smartphone with a 3.5inch HVGA(320×480 pixels) display. The device feels bulky and is quite thick, but it fits the hand quite well because of the curved edges. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, has 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot of expansion.

There is a 2MP camera at the back. One Touch Pop C1 is a dual SIM smartphone with basic connectivity options like WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G, microUSB and GPS. One Touch Pop C1 runs on Android 4.2.2 and is overlaid by a beautiful Alcatel UI. There is a 1300mAh battery that fuels the device. The One Touch Pop C1 comes in a range of colors which includes neon green and pink.  The Alcatel One Touch Pop C1 is expected to be available in October and being an entry range smartphone, the pricing is expected to be very affordable.
