Vine for Android v1.2 update brings option to use front-facing camera

Vine for Android v1.2

Twitter has update the Vine app for Android that finally brings option to use the front-facing camera to record videos. You can now click the camera switch button in the recording mode to switch the camera. The Vine for iPhone got this feature the version 1.1 update last month. This update also brings new upload manager for unsubmitted posts, improvements in settings and faster camera loading time.

Last week’s v1.1 update for Android improved search, Facebook sharing and more new features. Still option to tag people in post is not available. Hope it would be available in the next version since the Vine team is working hard in bringing frequent update for the app.

New features in Vine for Android v1.2

  • Now use Front-facing camera to record videos
  • New upload manager for unsubmitted posts
  • Improvements to settings
  • Improvements to camera loading time and support for more devices
  • Speed improvements overall
  • Bug fixes and UI improvements

Download Vine for Android (4.0 or later) from the Google Play for free, if you don’t have it yet.
