InterDigital Files Lawsuit Against Nokia, ZTE and Huawei

The battle between Nokia and Apple is well known. In the end Apple was forced to pay licensing fees to Nokia. Now another lawsuit has been  filed by InterDigital against Nokia, ZTE and Huawei.

InterDigital states that the three companies are using unfair trade practices and importing 3G devices like mobile, hotspots, tablets and computers into USA.

These devices infringe on the patents held by InterDigital. No details regarding which patents were infringed have been given. but we should expect to see a lot of the battle in the news considering the kind of companies involved.
