Intrigued by the rugged and weather proof Motorola Defy ? Let down by the unimpressive specs ? Looks like Motorola has you covered. If EuroDroid is to be believed , an updated Moto Defy might be launched soon. A listing on O2’s German site shows a Motorola Defy+ listed alongside the older device.
Other sources indicate that the specification update will bring a newer 1Ghz processor and higher end graphics chipset. The fact that it will run Android 2.3.3 out of the box is a definite plus. A faster Defy while still being as rugged would definitely make for an enticing middle range Android phone.
