Apple introduced the iPad mini 4 along with the iPad Air Pro at its event in California last month. Now the tablet is available for purchase from online retailer Infibeam at the same price of last year’s iPad mini 3. The iPad mini 4 has the same 7.9 inch Retina Display with 2048×1536 resolution seen on last year’s iPad mini 3 with Retina Display, but this has Apple A8 chip with M8 motion co-processor. Touch ID fingerprint sensor and other internals similar to the iPad Air 2.

The Apple iPad mini 4 comes in Silver, Gold and Space Grey colors and starts at Rs. 28,900 for the WiFi version and Rs. 38,900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular version. It is currently available only from Infibeam online, but it is expected to go on sale through authorized Apple retailers offline soon. You can use the promo code CARNIVAL6 and get a discount of 6% (up to Rs. 2000) on the iPad mini on Infibeam, who says that the WiFi version of the new iPad mini will ship in 2 to 3 days and the WiFi + Cellular version will ship in 4 to 6 days.
