Opera Mini is one of the best mobile browsers in the market today and their compression algo saves 90% of data traffic and downloads pages in 1/10 of the time .
iPhone users on slow networks need not struggle with Safari anymore, they have a choice . Unfortunately Opera Mini is working only over GPRS/3G at the moment. It does not seem to work over WiFi atleast for sure.
Some people are suggesting it’s a ports issue with a WiFi router or a Firewall issue. We are waiting to hear from Opera about this issue. But incase you use an iPhone 2G/ 3G / 3GS the Opera Mini App is a must have !
