Facebook now offers more control over who you see in your News Feed

Facebook News Feed Preferences

Facebook has updated News Feed’s Preferences to offer you more control. Now you can select stories from the list of friends or pages to show first, discover pages, select which friends and pages to follow or unfollow and also reconnect with people you unfollowed. News Feed Preferences is available in the Settings.

New features in Facebook News Feed Preferences

  • Select which friends and pages you would like to see at the top of your News Feed
  • Find new Pages to follow to connect with publishers, artists and businesses you might be interested in.
  • Discover new Pages in order to get more of the stories you care about, based on the types of Pages you’ve liked in the past
  • Choose to unfollow any friend, Page or group if you don’t want to see their updates.
  • See who you’ve unfollowed in the past and choose to re-follow them at any time.

New News Feed Preferences will roll out on iOS starting today and will be available for Android and desktop over the coming weeks.
