Samsung has announced Samsung Rugby Smart, waterproof (up to 1m for 30 minutes) and dustproof Android smartphone for AT&T. It has 3.7-inch WVGA Super AMOLED touchscreen display and a 5MP camera with 720p HD video recording and 1.3 MP front facing camera.
