AKAI has launched its new Nature Fresh Glass Finish Door Direct Cool refrigerators in India. This follows the launch of its 2026 refrigerator and air conditioner lineup earlier this year.
AKAI Direct Cool Glass Finish Door refrigerators
The new 190-litre single-door refrigerators are available in Violet Leaf and Golden Flower finishes. The Violet Leaf variant features violet leaves on a black background with water-drop details, while the Golden Flower variant has a floral golden pattern on a black background. Both models feature a smooth reflective glass surface that is easy to clean.
Key features
The refrigerators come with a Deep Fresh Zone with advanced temperature stabilization and a removable anti-bacterial gasket designed to help prevent contamination and keep fruits and vegetables fresh for longer.
The cooling system offers three temperature settings for different requirements, including beverages and fresh produce. The settings can also be adjusted based on seasonal conditions such as summer, monsoon, and winter.
For storage, the refrigerators include:
- 12-litre vegetable box for storing vegetables and groceries
- Large Aqua Space for multiple heavy beverage bottles
- Adjustable toughened glass shelves for heavy utensils and containers
- Adjustable shelf positioning for customizing the interior storage layout
