
ASUS has introduced its PUR service in India, providing free doorstep pickup and delivery for eligible accessory warranty replacements. The program is designed to make warranty support for workspace and gaming accessories easier, without requiring customers to visit service centers.
Pickup & Return (PUR) service: After-sales support framework
The PUR initiative is part of ASUS India’s “4A” after-sales framework — Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and Added-value Services. With PUR, ASUS strengthens the Added-value Services pillar by providing structured and accessible warranty support.
Service process
Customers can raise a warranty replacement request through ASUS Customer Care. Warranty eligibility and service coverage are verified, after which doorstep pickup and return of the product are arranged.

Eligible accessories
The PUR service covers warranty replacements for the following accessories:
- Wireless and Bluetooth silent mouse models
- Wireless keyboards, including Marshmallow Keyboard
- ASUS and ROG backpacks
- Power adapters and GaN chargers
- Docks and dongles
- JoGeek RAM and SSD
ASUS’ initiative is backed by its nationwide service network, product quality testing, international warranty coverage, and customer-oriented service programs, providing end-to-end warranty replacement management and structured lifecycle support.
Availability
The service is available in over 17,000 pin codes across India. Requests can be submitted via ASUS Customer Care at 1800 209 0365 (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM).
