Twitter for Windows Phone 8 updated with filters, Lens app integration and more

Twitter for Windows Phone has been updated to version 3.1 that brings filter for photos finally that lets you apply different filter when you upload a photo. It also brings Lens app integration that lets you launch the capture and upload photo on Twitter directly, option to play embedded Vine videos directly from within tweets and lots more. The official Twitter app for Android and iPhone got the filters back in December last year. Twitter for Windows Phone got a new design earlier this year.
