Ai+ smartphone expands service footprint with 1,000+ centers and dedicated app

Ai+ Smartphone has announced plans to expand its after-sales service network in India, scaling its presence to over 1,000 service centers nationwide. The initiative includes establishing the brand’s first exclusive service center in Delhi around Diwali, alongside the rollout of a unified digital platform, the Ai+ Assistance App.

The physical expansion will add more than 200 touchpoints to the company’s existing network of 800+ facilities. The move is designed to broaden service coverage across tier-one cities and regional markets, standardizing repair processes and support access for the brand’s user base.

Dedicated Delhi Facility

The upcoming Delhi center will operate as Ai+ Smartphone’s first brand-exclusive service hub in the country. The location will handle technical diagnostics, genuine spare part replacements, standardized hardware repairs, warranty claims, and software support across the company’s entire smartphone lineup.

Ai+ stated that turnaround times at the facility will range from same-day resolution for routine repairs to up to seven days for more complex technical interventions.

Service Feature Scope & Capability
Network Scale Growing from 800+ to over 1,000 centers
Flagship Hub First exclusive center opening in Delhi this Diwali
Turnaround Target Same-day to 7 days depending on issue complexity
Digital Integration Unified booking and tracking via Ai+ Assistance App
Digital Support Integration

To complement its brick-and-mortar presence, the company is deploying the Ai+ Assistance App. The platform centralizes post-purchase support by allowing users to:

  • View device specifications, active warranty details, and purchase coverage.
  • Locate nearby authorized service centers.
  • Schedule repair appointments and submit digital service requests.
  • Monitor ticket statuses and repair progress in real time.
  • Access built-in troubleshooting workflows for common software and hardware issues.

The combined rollout of localized service centers and digital management tools represents the next phase of the brand’s operational infrastructure in India, focusing on standardizing turnaround times, repair quality, and service tracking across the ownership lifecycle.

Commenting on the announcement, Madhav Sheth, CEO, NxtQuantum Shift Technologies (Ai+ Smartphone), said:

Building a smartphone brand goes beyond the device. At Ai+, the ownership experience is where the real relationship begins. Crossing 1,000+ service touchpoints, establishing our first exclusive service centre and introducing the Ai+ Assistance App are important steps towards making support more accessible, transparent and dependable. Our focus is simple, to ensure that wherever our customers are, reliable support is never far away.
