Xiaomi has launched the Xiaomi SkyNomad series at its Fall Flagship Launch Event, introducing the N70 and N90 SUVs based on the company’s Kunlun Platform and Technical Architecture. The lineup includes the five-seat N70 Pro and N70 Max, seven-seat N90 Max, and N90 Max Studio.
Xiaomi N70
The N70 measures 4,960 x 1,998mm with a 2,950mm wheelbase and features a boxy design with dragonfly headlights and inverted-U halo taillights. The headlights offer a 624m high-beam range and 180-degree low-beam coverage. Exterior colors include Valley Blue, Mountain Green, Pearl White, Volcanic Gray, Obsidian Black and Light Khaki.
Inside, the N70 gets a cabinet-style center console, sliding center console and up to 33 storage compartments. It has a 1,530mm full-width dashboard display, 6.14m² of glass area and 256-color ambient lighting.
Xiaomi says 95% of high-touch surfaces are soft-wrapped and use OEKO-TEX-certified materials suitable for direct skin contact, including infants under three. Other features include heat-pump AC, independent B-pillar rear vents and 15-layer front seatbacks.
The N70 uses five extra-long sliding rails, with the longest measuring 1.56m, while the second row can slide by up to 600mm. The flat floor provides 4.01m² of usable area and can extend to 2.58m.

The front seats offer heating, ventilation and standard 16-point massage, with zero-gravity and rotating seats available as options. A 9L refrigerator supports heating and cooling, while the cabin also gets a 21.4-inch rear entertainment display.
The N70 Pro has a 14-speaker audio system with a 200mm subwoofer and two headrest speakers. The N70 Max upgrades to Xiaomi Astral Sound with 25 speakers, 7.1.4 channels, 4,890W peak output and seven titanium-dome tweeters.
Performance, technology and safety
The N70 Pro uses a 52kWh LFP Xiaomi Armor Scale Battery, while the N70 Max gets a 76kWh ternary lithium battery.

The N70 uses double-wishbone front and integrated multi-link rear suspension. The Max adds five-level adjustable air suspension and continuously variable damping. It has a 5.67m turning radius, three steering modes and R-EPS electric steering. Xiaomi says the N70 can stop from 100km/h in 38.25m and maintain braking performance through 10 consecutive stops.
The N70 uses Xiaomi Super EEA with a four-in-one domain control module and third-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform. It also gets an NVIDIA Thor-U assisted-driving chip rated at 700 TOPS, LiDAR and 4D millimeter-wave radar.
The system supports 25 standard safety assistance features, including AEB and AES, with AES supporting up to two consecutive evasive maneuvers. Hyper XiaoAi supports more than 95% of vehicle controls, while Apple device compatibility has also been enhanced.
The N70’s body uses high-strength steel and aluminum for up to 91.3% of the structure, including 2,200MPa ultra-high-strength steel at 14 locations and an embedded A-C pillar roll cage. Safety equipment includes:

- Low-speed auxiliary lighting with 12.88m² single-side coverage
The Armor Scale Battery has 18 structural safety layers and 16 thermal safety layers. Xiaomi says it is designed to resist thermal propagation, fire and explosion during a fully charged single-cell thermal runaway test at 55°C. Both battery versions have undergone simulated 300,000km durability testing.
Xiaomi N90 Max
The N90 Max measures 5,285 x 1,998mm with a 3,080mm wheelbase and uses a 2+2+3 seating layout. Zero-gravity seating is available in the first and second rows, while the second row offers 950mm of legroom. The third row provides 890mm of legroom and 962mm of headroom and can accommodate three adults.
The N90 Max has around 90°-opening doors and electric side steps, while its cargo area can carry two 700C road bikes with full cycling equipment without removing the wheels.
It uses a dual-motor AWD system with a 76kWh ternary lithium battery, offering 464km CLTC EV range and 1,705km combined range. It accelerates from 0–100km/h in 5.9 seconds and has a top speed of 190km/h.

The cabin features six-screen connectivity, including a 16.1-inch 3K central display, 20-inch HUD, 8.88-inch instrument display and 21.4-inch rear screen. It also gets rear-facing solid-state LiDAR with 2cm ranging accuracy for parking assistance. Safety features include 12 airbags, a 2,200MPa hot-stamped steel structure, 13-in-1 integrated hot-stamped door ring, triple-redundant door handles, 750mm wading capability and stability control at up to 160km/h during a tire blowout.
Xiaomi N90 Max Studio
The N90 Max Studio is based on the N90 Max and adds a factory-integrated electric lifting cabin roof. The roof raises the total vehicle height to 2,294mm and provides up to 100mm of additional roof height, allowing adults up to 1.8m tall to stand in the rear area.
The upper activity area measures 2,110 x 985mm, with a maximum bed board length of 1,946mm. It uses an aluminum frame and honeycomb panels supporting up to 200kg, while the roof has five mesh screens across three sides and a 1.7m² front window.

The redesigned five-seat cabin allows the second row to convert into a 1.87 x 1.24m bed in 30 seconds without removing the mattress. The 40/60 split design lets either side convert independently, while one side can remain as a bed and the other use a rail-mounted table.
Other features include a 30-inch projection system, blackout curtains, privacy screen mode, floating nightstand, 220V and 15V outlets, 20L storage cabinet and an 11.5-inch vanity mirror with a 4000K ring light. The Studio retains the N90 Max powertrain, offering 462km CLTC EV range, 1,688km combined range and 0–100km/h acceleration in 5.9 seconds.
