Nippo expands into air purifier segment with Airvue in India

Indo National Limited (INL), the company behind the Nippo brand, has launched Nippo Airvue across India, marking its entry into the indoor air quality monitoring and purification segment. The company expects air purification to become a new business vertical, with Airvue targeted to contribute Rs. 100 crore in revenue in FY2030, representing approximately 10% of INL’s overall revenue.

INL is targeting a 15% market share in the air purification and indoor air intelligence segment over the next five years. According to data cited by the company from IMARC Group, the Indian air purifier market is projected to reach USD 1.82 billion by 2034, growing at a CAGR of 13.54%. The company also identified homes, workplaces, healthcare facilities, institutional environments and sustainable green buildings as areas where awareness of indoor air quality is increasing.

Nippo Airvue air purifiers

The Nippo Airvue range includes four smart air purifier variants, covering spaces from 300 to 1,500 sq. ft.:

  • L301S
  • M601S
  • U801S
  • U1001S

The air purifiers feature four-stage filtration with True HEPA and activated carbon filters. Other features include a patented nano-organic layer designed to eliminate 99.9% of microbes, a 254nm UV-C LED and a ceramic negative ion generator.

The models also support smart app connectivity, alerts and over-the-air updates. The Airvue portfolio includes dedicated Air Quality Monitors, including the AQM Pro 9-Parameter model.

Future portfolio

Airvue was developed and manufactured by MedCuore Medical Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (MMSPL), which was acquired by INL in April 2025. INL plans to expand the portfolio to include dehumidifiers, humidifiers, Energy Recovery Ventilation systems, HVAC and AC filters, car air purifiers and herbal air-care products.

The company also plans to develop enterprise air-intelligence solutions and its institutional business across healthcare, corporate, hospitality, education, real estate and government sectors.

INL plans to progressively increase localisation across the Airvue portfolio, including assembly, testing, filter coating, quality assurance and packaging, followed by PCB and SMT capabilities as part of its Make in India strategy.

Availability

Nippo Airvue will be available across India through Nippo’s dealer and distributor network, its direct-to-consumer website and major e-commerce marketplaces.
