Jio Prime membership could return with 1-year price guarantee

Reliance Jio is preparing to bring back its Prime membership programme, according to a report by The Economic Times. Jio first introduced Prime in 2018 for its first 100 million customers.

The reported relaunch comes shortly after Airtel withdrew several mid-range prepaid plans, including the Rs. 299 pack.

It is reintroducing the programme to provide assurance of price guarantee and a range of additional benefits, for Jio’s family of over 500 million users,” a source told The Economic Times.
