The Lava Agni 4 has a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED punch-hole flat screen with a pixel resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels and 446 PPI pixel density. The display is bright, and the sunlight legibility is decent, but not the best. The company says that it has up to 2400 nits peak brightness. It has 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection.

It has the punch-hole that houses a 50-megapixel camera, compared to 16MP in the Agni 3. The earpiece is present on the top edge. The phone has 1.7 mm equilateral bezels, and it uses an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.

Powered by Dimensity 8350 4nm SoC, a major upgrade compared to Dimensity 7300X, it has 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM and comes with 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. There are 14 bands.

The phone runs Android 15 without any bloatware, and the company has confirmed 3 Android updates and 4 years of security updates for the phone. There is also Vayu AI, a system-level AI interface located on the home screen. Unlike standard voice assistants, Vayu AI as an “emotionally aware” companion designed for the Indian demographic, said the company.

The phone features a 50-megapixel main camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. It supports up to 4K 60 fps video recording for the back and front cameras. Check out some camera samples below.

Coming to the button placements, the power button is present on the right side along with volume rockers. There is an action button, which can be customized for single press, double press and long press.  The dual SIM slot is on the bottom along with primary microphone, USB Type-C port, and primary speaker. The secondary speaker vent is on the top, along with a secondary microphone and an IR blaster.

The phone has a solid build quality, thanks to the aluminium alloy metal frame that you rarely find in phones in the price range.

It has an AG glass back with a smooth matte finish. It has IP64 ratings for dust and splash resistance. Since the back is smooth, it is a bit slipper to hold, so it is recommended to use the case. The phone packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging that can charge up to 50% in 19 minutes.

Priced at Rs. 24,999 without offers, and Rs. 22,999 with bank offers, it will be available from Amazon.in starting from November 25th.
