Google Pixel Watch 3 with a curved screen surfaces in renders

Google Pixel Watch 3 is expected to be introduced later this year along with the Pixel 9 series, now the CAD-based renders of the smartwatch has surfaced, thanks to @OnLeaks.

This shows a similar 1.2-inch curved AMOLED screen, but this is said to measure 40.79 x 40.73 x 14mm compared to 41 x 41 x 12.3mm in the Pixel Watch 2, making it slightly thicker even though rumours revealed 307mAh battery vs 304mAh in the predecessor.

The bezels could get slimmer while maintaining the same screen size, according to the renders, but we will have to wait for press renders of the smartwatch to find out. It still has speakers on the left side on the back, and  there is a crown.

Earlier rumours revealed that there will be a bigger model with a 1.3″ or even larger display to compete with Samsung Galaxy Watch and Apple Watch. This could launch as Pixel Watch 3 Pro, while retaining the same design, but get a bigger battery.

Reports also revealed that the larger model may not be compatible with existing bands, likely using 22mm bands compared to the current 20mm bands on the Pixel Watch 2.

The Pixel Watch 3 is said to continue using the existing Snapdragon W5 chipset. We should know more details in the coming months.
