Twitter has rolled out a new feature that will showcase tweets about events that are happening. Dubbed as Happening Now, the feature will highlight sports games, breaking news, and other topics at the top of its users’ timelines.

Currently the feature will only focus on sports games and soon expand to to other events as well. The Happening Now section showcases events in a card-style interface. When you tap on the sports games, you will see the latest score at the top of the display and a related stream of tweets underneath. Twitter says the “happening now” events will be personalized to each user based on their interests and what types of accounts they follow.

The happening now feature resembles the Moments tab that is present under the Trending section in Search. It focuses on particular events, though offered tweets have been specially curated by a Twitter team.
