Tag Heuer to unveil Android Wear luxury smartwatch on November 9


Tag Heuer had partnered with Google and Intel for its Android Wear-powered luxury smartwatch in March. Today, the company has teased the launch of its smartwatch that is scheduled on November 9. The company already confirmed that it will launch the smartwatch in Q4 2015.

The site now sports a countdown for November 9, 2015. Jean-Claude Biver who heads the company had earlier stated that the smartwatch will have a battery life of about 40 hours. The smartwatch will be manufactured and assembled in Switzerland. There is no information about the features of the smartwatch. It is expected to be priced at $1800, according to earlier reports.

Tag Heuer already confirmed that the smartwatch will be manufactured and assembled in Switzerland. It said that the smartwatch will be luxurious and seamlessly connected to its wearer’s daily life—a culmination of innovation, creativity and design from Silicon Valley in California and the Watch Valley in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
