HTC A9 (Hima Aero) had been rumored as a high-end smartphone since July. Now @evleaks has leaked the specifications of the smartphone, which reveals that it will be a mid-range smartphone. According to the leak, the One A9 will pack a 5-inch 1080 AMOLED screen and will be powered by the latest Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor. The new leak doesn’t reveal the Android version, but according to a recent rumor, it will run on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Sense 7.0.
The smartphone will have a metal body, fingerprint sensor and will be 7mm thick, but the new leak doesn’t mention if it will have dual front-facing Boomsound speakers. It will likely come with 4G LTE support, but it is not clear if there will be a dual SIM variant.

HTC is expected to unveil the One A9 at its September 29th event in Japan along with another smartphone or even an Android Wear Smartwatch. The HTC One A9 will come in 6 colors and is expected to go on sale early November, according to the leak.
