Asus PadFone 2 gets minor software update – improves stability , camera and WiFi performance

Asus is one of the best handset makers to provide timely updates for its Android phones. They launched the PadFone 2 last year with Android 4.0  ICS on board and rolled out an update to Android 4.1 JellyBean last year.Now the PadFone 2 has got a rather minor software update which is expected to make the already awesome PadFone 2 even more stable. There seem to be improvements in overall stability , camera , WiFi and battery life according to the official change log which you can find below.

7. Improved the Weather Time widget
8. Improved Email’s editing function
9. Improved Contacts app
10. Improved the Battery widget’s battery display function
11. Optimized the instant translation interface
12. Added SMS samples
13. Optimized the lock screen interface

The company has already announced the successor to the PadFone 2 known as the PadFone Infinity at Mobile World Congress last month in Barcelona.
