Vodafone issues warning about unsolicited international calls

on January 4, 2012 – 4:08 pmNo Comment

Vodafone customers have been receiving missed calls from unknown international numbers (looks like +22455104324) for the past few days. Vodafone has issued a warning note to ignore such calls and not call back on those numbers. Some have also reported that people are being charged Rs.45 per minute if they call back to such numbers.

They have also said that they are investigating about the issue and want the customers to call the customer care (198 (tollfree) or 111 (chargeable)) and report the number if you receive any such calls. Have you been receiving any such calls on your Vodafone connection?
