Apple iPhone 3.0 new improved version in June 2009

They’re trying to better the iPhone. Possible? That’s what Apple claims.

After iPhone and iPhone 2.0 ( 3G) Apple might launch iPhone 3.0 in June 2009

A handset that set new benchmarks in smartphone technology will launch a third-generation Apple smartphone in June 2009.

AT&T, the exclusive iPhone carrier in the US, has confirmed the news recently.

The new handset promises to be faster than the 3G experience of current phones and should offer a “more seamless experience.”

The new iPhone is also touted to come with a U-Verse app (for controlling your home DVR).

The most prudent questions mobile experts are now asking is: Where does this leave the iPhone Nano that was to be launched as early as March 2009. (Apple now says it will be launched in June 2009). Read Fonearena’s coverage of the iPhone Nano here.

The most important facet will be the pricing. The iPhone Nano was meant to be cheaper than the iPhone itself, and it is left to us to wonder what the ‘improved’ iPhone will cost. Time will tell we suppose!

All that we can foretell is that cost or no cost, the Apple iPhone’s new version will have sure claimants from die-hard Apple fans. Looks like Apple will have another winner here!
