Android Nougat starts rolling out for unlocked HTC 10

HTC has announced that it has started rolling out Android Nougat update for unlocked HTC 10 smartphone. Mo Versi, HTC’s VP of Product Management said that unlocked versions of the HTC 10 will begin receiving Android 7.0 Nougat on November 25.

At present it is not clear if the Android Nougat update is rolling out for both US and Europe variants. A global roll out for latest Android OS on the HTC 10 could be expected soon. Also, the Taiwanese smartphone maker could start rolling out Android Nougat update to unlocked One M9 and One A9. HTC announced the HTC 10 in April this year. Check out our review here.

Android Nougat brings night mode for reading, multi-window options, improved battery optimization and more. Earlier this month, LG G5 and Moto Z and Z Force received the Android Nougat update.
