Asus is all set to introduced the Zenfone 3 smartphone along with the Zenfone 3 Deluxe and Zenfone 3 Max on May 30th at the Zenvolution event. We already know that the Zenfone 3 will have a 2.5D glass and come with a slim aluminum body. Now a Asus smartphone with the model number Z016D that is said to be the Zenfone 3 has surfaced on AnTuTu revealing some specifications of the smartphone.
According to the listing, the phone is said to be powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 820 SoC, pack 4GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 23-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a 1080p display, but the display size is not know yet. It will run on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with Zen UI on top and will likely come with 4G LTE connectivity.
According to the leak it scored over 1,35,000 points on AnTuTu, similar to most other Snapdragon 820-powered devices. Asus has released a video teaser for the new Zenfone 3 series. We should know more details about the Zenfone 3 at the announcement later this month.
