The first project from the Future Lab Program which is known as “N,” is a concept prototype featuring a hands-free user interface that Sony claims to creates a new way of experiencing audio such as music and sound. The prototype will allow the user to receive audio information without having to insert any object into the ears.

Currently, details about the Concept N are scarce. Sony will unveil a number of concept prototypes and technologies, including “N,” at the SXSW Interactive Festival, beginning Saturday, March 12th in Austin, Texas. Just last month, the company announced Xperia Ear wireless ear bud that acts like a voice assistant.
