Lava has launched Iris X1 Selfie, the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone, months after launching the Lava Iris X5 and Lava Iris Selfie 50 smartphones. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash to capture better selfies.

It has 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage with expansion slot and a 2000mAh battery. It lets you capture images with “V” Gesture for front camera, voice controlled photo capture by saying “Capture” or “Cheese” and also has smile detection feature for both front & rear camera. The ‘Beauty-fi’ software has eye-enlargement, eye lashes color, teeth whitening, skin smoothening, skin whitening and more.
