Lava has officially expanded its Virat portfolio with the launch of the Lava Virat Curve today, as it had announced. The device introduces a curved display form factor and a secondary rear screen to the mid-range segment, targeting users looking for distinct design elements and solid battery endurance.
Design and Display
The Lava Virat Curve features a 6.67-inch 3D curved AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,100 nits. The panel is framed with symmetrical curves on both the front and rear panels to improve hand feel.
On the back, the handset is finished with a vegan leather texture and comes in two primary finishes: Heritage Indigo and Makrana Ivory. For durability, Lava has equipped the device with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, as well as MIL-STD-810H military-grade standard compliance.
Rear “Mini Display” Feature
A key differentiator for the Virat Curve is the integration of a secondary “Mini Display” embedded next to the rear camera module. Designed to reduce reliance on the main screen for quick checks, the secondary screen handles:
- Incoming call alerts and notifications
- Music playback controls
- Battery percentage and charging indicators
- Custom text, time, and emoji displays
Hardware and Performance
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM (alongside support for virtual RAM expansion) and 128GB of internal storage.
Battery capacity is set at 6,000 mAh, supporting wired fast charging up to 45W and comes with a 33W charger in the box.

Pricing and availability
The Lava Virat Curve is priced at Rs. 23,999 for the single 6GB + 128GB model. As a part of the launch offer, the phone will be available at an introductory price of Rs. 19,999 with bank offers.
The phone will be available from Flipkart starting 28th September 2026 at 7 PM.
