At InfoComm India 2026, BenQ presented its latest enterprise portfolio, targeting the evolving demands of hybrid and distributed workplace environments. As corporate workflows increasingly rely on distributed teams and cross-platform content sharing, enterprise displays are shifting from passive presentation surfaces to active collaboration hubs.
BenQ’s exhibit outlined solutions designed across multiple tiers of the office ecosystem, spanning executive cabins, high-capacity presentation halls, and individual workstations.
Unified Collaboration for the Executive Cabin
Central to the showcase was the BenQ Board CP5505, a 55-inch interactive display tailored for CXO cabins and private executive spaces. Designed to minimize reliance on shared conference rooms for smaller discussions, the all-in-one unit consolidates video conferencing, document management, and cloud access into a single interface.
The CP5505 incorporates speaker tracking and room-sensing capabilities to support remote participants, alongside personalized user authentication that surfaces files and applications upon approach. Integrated software delivers automated post-meeting transcriptions and summaries to preserve institutional context. On the hardware side, the panel includes Pantone-validated color accuracy and high-contrast rendering suitable for detail-sensitive tasks in design, legal, and clinical settings, while built-in Google Assistant integration and AI summary tools handle meeting facilitation.
High-Capacity Visuals for Enterprise Spaces
To address large-scale corporate environments such as town halls, auditoriums, and broadcast rooms, BenQ introduced a 135-inch direct-view LED (dvLED) display.
- Coverage: 100% DCI-P3 color gamut for broadcast-grade visual reproduction.
- Form Factor: Seamless, large-format panel engineered for long-distance viewing.
- Application: High-capacity leadership addresses and large presentations where standard-sized panels fail to provide adequate scale and legibility.
Precision Illumination for Individual Workstations
BenQ also expanded its enterprise presence down to the desk level with the India preview of two task-lighting solutions:
- iScreenBar™: Built specifically for Apple iMac systems, this light bar uses an ASYM-Light™ optical architecture to cast uniform illumination across the desk without generating screen glare or compromising the computer’s slim profile.
- ScreenBar® Max: Engineered for complex multi-monitor environments, it uses an ASYM-TriZone Light™ optical configuration to project a controlled triangular light field that evenly covers horizontal, vertical, or curved dual-display layouts.
Strategic Focus on Enterprise Infrastructure
The portfolio aligns with BenQ’s “AI for the Future Workspace” initiative, reflecting how display manufacturers are integrating hardware, machine intelligence, and ergonomic design. The exhibits underscore the company’s continuous engagement with AV consultants, system integrators, and channel partners across India to support organizations adapting to decentralized, flexible work architectures.
