OPPO India unveils #LiveItYourWay campaign ahead of Reno16 series launch

OPPO India has officially launched its latest marketing campaign for the new OPPO Reno16 Series, centering the narrative around the lineup’s core philosophy, “#LiveItYourWay.” Featuring actor Janhvi Kapoor, the campaign targets a younger demographic that views creative expression as a central component of identity, highlighting technology as a tool for personal authenticity and ambition.

The Campaign Narrative

The promotional film centers on Rhea, an aspiring musician who faces self-doubt after posting a singing video on social media. Her confidence is restored after receiving an unexpected message from her father containing a childhood photograph of her performing, which reminds her of her early, unhesitating passion. Motivated by this memory, she overcomes her hesitation to prepare for a campus audition.

To complement the narrative of self-discovery, the film utilizes a reimagined version of the traditional folk song Jugni, chosen for its historical themes of freedom and individuality.

Product Integration and Features

The campaign integrates several key features of the OPPO Reno16 Series and ecosystem directly into the storyline to demonstrate utility:

  • AI Remix Collage & OPPO Bubble: Embedded within the narrative to showcase intuitive content creation and digital self-expression.
  • OPPO Enco Air5: Featured during a pivotal moment, highlighting its 52dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to illustrate how users can eliminate environmental distractions to focus on their tasks.
  • AI-Powered Creativity Tools: The series emphasizes a suite of advanced imaging capabilities, intelligent software, and automated editing experiences designed to streamline the content creation workflow from capturing to sharing.
Legacy and Media Rollout

Since its global introduction in 2019, the OPPO Reno Series has focused its brand equity on imaging and design tailored to evolving user content behaviors. The Reno16 Series represents the latest iteration of this strategy, combining updated hardware with AI-led software tools.

To maximize consumer reach, OPPO India is executing a multi-channel media rollout. The campaign film is currently being distributed across nationwide digital platforms, over-the-top (OTT) streaming services, cinemas, and out-of-home (OOH) billboards.

The OPPO Reno16 series will be available from the OPPO India online store, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and offline stores after the launch.
