After teasers, motorola has confirmed the launch of edge 70 Pro smartphone in India on April 22nd.
The company has confirmed a 6.8-inch 144Hz 1.5K AMOLED screen with up to 5200 nits peak brightness, a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme SoC, 4600mm² VC cooling, up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, a 50MP LYTIA-710 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, a multispectral sensor, and a 50MP front camera for the phone. All the cameras support 40K 60fps video recording.
It will come in Pantone lily white in marble finish, Pantone tea in satin luxe finish, and Pantone titan in tailored fabric finish. The phone will support IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance and MIL- STD-810H certification for military-grade durability.
motorola has also confirmed a 6500mAh battery for the phone that promises over 2 days of battery life. It will come with 90W TurboPower fast charging with a charger in the box. The phone will run Android 16 and will get 3 years of Android OS update and 5 years of security updates.
The motorola edge 70 Pro will be available from Flipkart, motorola.in and offline stores after the launch.
