Google expands Gemini educational tools with NEET UG practice tests

Google has announced the expansion of its educational capabilities within Gemini, introducing full-length, no-cost practice tests for the NEET UG examination. This development builds upon the platform’s earlier integration of practice tests for the SAT and JEE Main.

Strategic educational partnerships

To provide a reliable preparation experience, Google has collaborated with prominent education platforms, including Physics Wallah and Careers360. The NEET UG practice tests are grounded in rigorously vetted content provided by these partners.

This ensures that the study material closely reflects actual exam patterns and difficulty levels, offering students a realistic simulation of the test day experience rather than just isolated practice questions.

Key features of the update

The integration is designed to make test preparation more structured, intuitive, and accessible for millions of aspirants. Students can utilize Gemini to:

  • Access full-length, no-cost mock exams.
  • Engage in exam-like simulations to build test-taking stamina.
  • Identify specific areas for academic improvement.
  • Study at their own pace using highly relevant, exam-aligned content.
How to access the feature

The NEET UG practice tests are currently rolling out on the Gemini app and are available in English. Students can initiate a test by prompting Gemini with the phrase “I want to take a NEET mock exam.”

This update follows Google’s partnerships earlier this year with The Princeton Review, Physics Wallah, and Careers360, which introduced the initial SAT and JEE Main testing capabilities to the platform.
