OPPO Find X9 Ultra Hasselblad Earth Explorer Master Set teased

OPPO has revealed Find X9 Ultra Hasselblad Earth Explorer Master Set ahead of the global launch on April 21st. Designed as a tribute to the Hasselblad X2D 100C Earth Explorer Limited Edition, this special release includes a unique Hasselblad collector’s commemorative certificate, complete with an individual serial number.

Design and Hardware Specifications

The OPPO Find X9 Ultra will be available in three distinct colorways: Earth Tundra, Polar Glacier, and Velvet Sand Canyon. The device’s design is anchored by a centrally located circular camera module, emphasizing its primary focus on advanced imaging capabilities.

According to Zhou Yibao, head of OPPO Find series products, the Find X9 Ultra—alongside the Find X9s Pro—will feature a robust set of standard hardware specifications aimed at premium performance and durability:

  • Display: 144Hz high refresh rate screen with new-generation 1-nit eye protection technology.
  • Operating System: ColorOS 16.
  • Security: Ultrasonic fingerprint unlocking.
  • Durability: Comprehensive water resistance ratings, including IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications.

Imaging serves as the primary focal point of the Find X9 Ultra. The device incorporates a Hasselblad dual 200MP ultra-high-definition imaging system, supported by the new generation Hasselblad Master Mode, the LUMO light-condensing imaging system, and a dedicated Hasselblad professional imaging kit. It also supports 8K ultra-high-definition cinematic video recording.

The smartphone features a heavily upgraded camera array, with significant reported increases in light intake and sensor resolution compared to the previous generation.
