After unveiling the 400mm teleconverter kit for the X300 Ultra at the MWC earlier this month, vivo has also posted the X300s with a 200mm teleconverter kit.
vivo executive Han Boxiao said that the vivo X300 series deviated from the conventional smartphone approach, incorporating camera-centric design principles in hardware selection, photography, video, color, and image quality. It’s a true masterpiece that combines the advantages of both cameras and smartphones.
In terms of appearance, it will blend the form factors of both a smartphone and a professional camera:
- Both the X300 Ultra and X300s feature a new film green color scheme, incorporating classic photographic aesthetics into the body design, giving it a blend of trendy and retro feel.
- Both the X300 Ultra and X300s support telephoto zoom modes; the Ultra supports the new 400mm telephoto lens for ultimate telephoto capabilities; and all models support the new 200mm telephoto lens for lightweight portability.
Based on earlier reports, the vivo X300 Ultra is rrumouredto pack a 6.82-inch 2K+ 144Hz BOE flat OLED screen, a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a 200MP Sony LYT-901 main sensor, a 200-megapixel HPB periscope telephoto lens, the industry’s most powerful ultra-wide-angle lens, a dual 200mm + 400mm teleconverter setup, and a 6600mAh battery.
vivo already confirmed the X300s with a 6.78″ 144Hz BOE Q10 Plus OLED display, a 200MP sensor, symmetrical dual speakers and a powerful vibration motor. It is said to pack a Dimensity 9500 chip. Leaker Digital Chat Station says that it will come with a 7100mAh battery.
The leaker also says that the vivo X300 Ultra, X300s and the vivo Pad6 Pro will be introduced on March 30th. We should know the exact China launch date soon.
