Apple is expected to introduce at least five new products during a series of announcements scheduled from March 2 to March 4, 2026, according to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.
Instead of hosting a traditional livestream keynote, Apple is reportedly planning separate announcements across the three days. The March 4 gathering is described as a “special Apple Experience” rather than an event. No livestream has been announced on Apple’s website.
Five new products: What to expect
The early March announcements are expected to include updates across Macs, iPads, and iPhones.
Redesigned low-cost MacBook
A new low-cost MacBook is considered one of the likely introductions. The invitation reportedly references launch colors, suggesting design changes. Apple is also expected to provide hands-on access, indicating visible updates beyond a routine processor upgrade. It is currently the only product in Apple’s near-term pipeline described as featuring a new design.
iPhone 17e
The iPhone 17e is also expected to debut during the March window. Its predecessor, the iPhone 16e, was released in mid-February 2025, making a similar launch timeline possible.
iPad updates
Two iPad models are reportedly ready from a manufacturing standpoint:
- iPad Air with an M4 chip
- Entry-level iPad powered by the A18 processor
These updates would extend Apple’s latest silicon to both mid-range and entry-level tablets.
MacBook Pro and MacBook Air refresh
Apple may also update its MacBook lineup, including:
- MacBook Pro in 14-inch and 16-inch variants
- MacBook Air
The MacBook Pro models are reportedly overdue for a refresh, while MacBook Air updates typically arrive around this time of year.
Mac Studio and Studio Display
Two additional Mac-related products are expected in the first half of 2026:
- Refreshed Mac Studio
- New Apple Studio Display
The Studio Display is reportedly ready to ship, and the Mac Studio update is said to be close behind. It remains unclear whether both products will be included in the early March announcements.
Gurman said inventory has dried up across multiple retail stores for the iPhone 16e, iPad Air, 13-inch and 15-inch M4 MacBook Air models, 14-inch and 16-inch M4 Pro and M4 Max MacBook Pro variants, and several Apple Watch bands, indicating replacements are likely imminent, with any remaining updates expected to arrive shortly after the March 2–4 announcements.
Apple Experience timing and locations
The Apple Experience is scheduled for March 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (7:30 p.m. IST). In-person sessions are planned in New York, London, and Shanghai, where selected members of the press will attend hands-on demonstrations, with no additional public viewing details shared and no confirmation on which specific devices will be announced during the three-day rollout.
