TECNO Mobile has launched the TECNO Spark Go 3, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone in India, as it had promised. Positioned as a device for “everyday go-getters,” the smartphone targets students, young professionals, and field workers who require a rugged device for daily usage.
Under the brand’s philosophy of ‘Desh Jaisa Dumdaar’, the Spark Go3 is designed to address the unpredictability of daily life, emphasizing build quality and localized features over purely aesthetic trends.
Durability and Build
The Spark Go3 is engineered to withstand varied environmental conditions. It comes with an IP64 rating, providing resistance against dust and water splashes. Additionally, TECNO states the device features “drop-ready durability,” aiming to provide reliability for users in active environments such as construction zones, delivery routes, and busy transit areas.
Display
The smartphone features a display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This inclusion is designed to offer fluid scrolling and a more responsive touch experience, functionalities often prioritized for media consumption and navigation.
Localized AI Assistance
To enhance accessibility for a diverse user base, the device integrates Ella AI, TECNO’s proprietary voice assistant. A significant feature of this assistant is its linguistic capability; it supports interaction in several regional Indian languages, including: Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi.
Connectivity Innovations
Addressing the challenge of consistent connectivity, the Spark Go3 includes a feature termed No Network Communication 2.0. This technology is designed to facilitate communication in low or zero-network environments. It is specifically aimed at users working in signal-isolated locations such as basements, factories, warehouses, and rural areas where standard network coverage may be intermittent.
Pricing and availability
The TECNO Spark Go 3 comes in Titanium Grey, Ink Black, Galaxy Blue and Aurora Purple colours, and is priced at Rs. 8,999 for the single 4GB + 64GB model.
The phone will be available from Amazon.in and leading retail stores across India starting from January 23rd at 12PM.
