Asus Transformer Prime launched in India for Rs. 49,999


Asus has finally launched the Eee Pad Transformer Prime in India. Asus announced the tablet last November. It has 10.1-inch LED backlit display that offers 178-degree viewing angle and has a maximum brightness of 600 nits. The tablet is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor and runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb) (upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich).

  • 25Wh battery that offers 12h runtime and 22Wh battery with mobile dock

It is 8.3mm thick. It comes with a keyboard dock that has Multi-touch pad, SD Card reader and a USB port. The Asus Transformer Prime 64GB variant is priced at Rs. 49,999. There are no details about the 32GB variant.
