OnePlus has released official details regarding the OnePlus Pad Go 2, the successor to the 2023 OnePlus Pad Go, after teasers. The company confirmed that the new tablet will be unveiled via a livestreamed launch event on December 17, with sales commencing the following day on December 18.
Positioned for students and young professionals, the device aims to balance productivity and entertainment capabilities. Below is a breakdown of the confirmed specifications.

OnePlus has announced that the Pad Go 2 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra octa-core chipset. Built on a 4nm process, the processor is designed to maintain consistent performance over time. The device has received TÜV SÜD Fluency certification, which rates the tablet for smooth operation over a four-year period.
Battery and Charging
The tablet is equipped with a 10,050mAh battery supported by 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging. According to OnePlus, this capacity supports:
- Up to 15 hours of video playback.
- Up to 53 hours of music playback.
- Approximately 60 days of standby time.
Additionally, the OnePlus Pad Go 2 supports reverse cable charging, allowing users to utilize the tablet’s battery to charge smartphones or other peripherals.
Display Specifications
The device features a 12.1-inch (30.73 cm) display with a pixel density of 284 PPI. The screen offers a peak brightness of 900 nits (HBM) and covers 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
Notably, the tablet utilizes a 7:5 aspect ratio, resulting in an 88.5% screen-to-body ratio designed to optimize viewing space for documents and media without frequent zooming. The display supports Dolby Vision and has achieved TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 4.0 certification.
Software and Accessories
For multitasking, the tablet utilizes OnePlus’s self-developed Open Canvas software, which facilitates split-screen modes and window switching.
OnePlus also introduced the OnePlus Pad Go 2 Stylo, the first stylus compatible with a device in the “Go” series. Designed for note-taking and creative tasks, the Stylo emphasizes quick charging capabilities; a 10-minute charge is rated to provide enough power for half a day of writing or drawing.
